UGC (User Generated Content) is a warm-toned video format that gives the impression of a real person holding and endorsing the product. The video opens with an attention-grabbing hook and moves through a flow that explains the product's benefit and drives action; an avatar can optionally be chosen from a premium roster.
Using a real person's face or voice without permission is strictly prohibited. Using an avatar in a way that implies it's a real person may trigger the destination platform's disclosure rules, and that responsibility rests with the user. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
