Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without warning and do not give rise to a refund.

The lists below are illustrative, not exhaustive. The fact that a behaviour is not listed here does not mean it is permitted.

1. Prohibited content

Illegal goods and services; drugs, weapons, forged documents, pirated software
Sexual content; any material involving the sexual exploitation of children
Hate speech, incitement to violence, discrimination against protected groups
Harassment, bullying, threats and content targeting individuals
Misleading health, financial or weight-loss claims; guaranteed return promises
Gambling, crypto investment advice and marketing of high-risk financial products (unless local law permits)
Election and political campaign advertising (without Adropic's written consent)
Fraud, phishing and deceptive discount or urgency constructs

2. Likeness and deepfakes

You may not generate or use a real person's face, voice or likeness without their explicit, documented consent.
Impersonating a celebrity, public official or brand representative is prohibited.
Presenting UGC-format avatars as if they were real people is prohibited where it breaches the relevant platform's disclosure rules.
Content showing a person saying something they did not say may not be created.

3. Trade marks and copyright

You may not upload, or use as a generation reference, any logo, trade mark, character or image you do not own or hold usage rights to.
Content derived from competitor brand analysis may be used for analysis only; it may not be copied and published directly.
You may not create content that gives the impression of being a brand's official account.

4. Technical abuse

Automation to exceed credit limits, opening multiple accounts, reverse engineering and circumventing security measures are prohibited.
Flooding the service with automated requests, overloading the infrastructure or attempting to exceed rate limits is prohibited.
Attempts to extract system instructions from the model, bypass safety filters or evade moderation (including prompt injection) are prohibited.
Offering the service to others as a resellable generation API requires separate written permission.
You may not use Output to train a competing AI model.

Adropic has no obligation to monitor content, but reserves the right to remove content, block generation, restrict features and suspend or terminate accounts where it suspects a violation. Prior notice may not be given for serious violations.

Where Adropic identifies unlawful content, it may report it to the competent authorities and share records as required by law.

6. Reporting

Report suspected violations to support@adropic.com. Your report should include information on how to access the content and an explanation of the nature of the violation.
