Third Party Platform Terms
Adropic's authority in the ad and commerce accounts you connect, and your responsibility.
Effective date: 2026-09-09
All spend incurred in connected ad accounts is yours, and you are responsible for your ads' compliance with platform policies.
This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
1. Connectable platforms
You may connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Shopify accounts to Adropic. Each connection is subject to that platform's own terms and complying with them is your responsibility. Adropic is not a representative, partner or authorised reseller of these platforms.
2. Scope of the authority you grant
When you connect an ad account, you grant Adropic the authority to:
- Create and update campaigns, ad sets and ads
- Change budget, targeting and status (active/paused)
- Read performance and spend data
- Read product, catalogue and order data on commerce connections
Publishing actions occur after passing the defined mutation gates, and ads are created in a PAUSED state by default.
3. Condition for granting authority
By connecting an account you represent that you have authority over it and, if the account belongs to a third party, that you have obtained that party's explicit permission. Adropic is not liable for losses arising in an account connected without authority.
4. Token and access security
Access tokens are stored encrypted. You may revoke the authority at any time from the platform's own settings or the Adropic integrations screen. Revocation does not reverse actions already taken and does not cancel spend already incurred.
When a token expires or is revoked by the platform, the integration stops, and so do automated optimisations. Keeping the token current is your obligation.
5. Spend and billing
- All spend incurred in the ad account is yours and is charged to you directly by the platform.
- Adropic never funds advertising budget, makes advance payments, or assumes your debt to a platform.
- The platform's billing records prevail; spend data shown in the Adropic panel is informational and may lag or differ from platform data.
6. Platform policies and account restrictions
You are responsible for your ads' compliance with the relevant platform's advertising policies. Adropic cannot be held liable for ad rejections, account restrictions, ad account closures or business manager suspensions, and no lost revenue may be claimed on that basis.
Adropic does not undertake that an ad will be approved by, or remain live on, a platform. Platforms may change their policies without prior notice.
7. API changes and integration outages
Platforms may temporarily or permanently affect the integration through changes to their APIs, and a platform may terminate Adropic's access entirely. These circumstances are outside Adropic's control and do not constitute a defect in the service. Adropic does not undertake that any integration will remain available.
If an integration is permanently removed, existing subscribers receive notice within a reasonable period.
8. Data accuracy
Metrics pulled from platforms are based on each platform's own measurement methodology and vary with the attribution model. Adropic is not responsible for the accuracy of this data; data used for reporting and decision-making is informational in nature.
9. Automated actions
Automated changes made while autopilot is on are governed by the Autonomous Actions Consent.
10. Indemnity
Your indemnity obligation under section 17 of the Terms of Service applies to claims brought against Adropic in relation to actions, spend and policy violations occurring in connected accounts.
