Distance Sales Agreement
The subscription agreement formed with consumers in Türkiye.
Effective date: 2026-09-27
1. Parties
- Seller: Adropic Inc., 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. E-mail: support@adropic.com
- Buyer: The person registered to the Adropic account whose e-mail address appears in the order summary at checkout.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic provision of the Adropic subscription plan the buyer selects at checkout (the plan, period and amount shown in the order summary). It is governed by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service, price and payment
- The main characteristics of the service, its price and payment terms are set out in the Pre-Contract Information Form and the order summary, which the buyer read and accepted before this agreement.
- Unless the buyer cancels, the subscription renews automatically on the same terms at the end of each period and is charged to the saved card.
4. Performance
The seller activates the service on the buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed. Performance is complete once the service is provided electronically.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. At checkout the buyer separately confirmed that they want the service to start immediately and that they lose the right of withdrawal.
6. Obligations of the parties
- The seller provides the service as described in the Terms of Service.
- The buyer uses the service in line with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service and Credits, Billing and Refunds. Nothing in those documents limits the rights consumer law gives the buyer.
7. Cancellation and termination
The buyer can cancel the subscription at any time from Settings → Plans; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The seller's termination rights are set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Disputes
Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's or seller's place of residence, and above those limits the Consumer Courts, have jurisdiction. The arbitration and class action waiver provisions of the Terms of Service do not apply to consumers in Türkiye.
9. Entry into force
The agreement is formed when the buyer accepts it at checkout and completes payment. The accepted version is sent to the buyer's e-mail address and kept under Settings → Plans.
