Adropic Inc. is not established in Türkiye. It acts as data controller under Law No. 6698 to the extent it processes personal data of individuals located in Türkiye.

Personal data processed

Identity (name, surname), contact (email), customer transaction (usage records, production history), transaction security (IP, session logs) and finance (invoice, payment reference) data.

Purposes

Providing the service, performing the contract, invoicing, ensuring security, detecting abuse and meeting legal obligations.

Legal bases (art. 5)

• Necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract
• Legitimate interests of the data controller
• Compliance with a legal obligation
• Explicit consent (only for marketing communication and non-essential cookies)

Transfers

Data is transferred to domestic and international subprocessors as required to provide the service. International transfers are carried out under KVKK art. 9, relying on standard contractual clauses or explicit consent.

Your rights (art. 11)

You may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, request correction or erasure, learn the third parties it was transferred to, object to adverse outcomes produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
