Pre-Contract Information Form
What you need to know before buying a subscription (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation).

This form is provided to consumers in Türkiye before the contract is formed, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The order summary shown at checkout (plan, billing period, total amount and buyer e-mail) is part of this form.

2. Main characteristics of the service
Adropic is an online software service for creating ad images and videos with AI, tracking competitor ads, and publishing and managing ads on connected ad accounts.
- Depending on the plan you choose, the service includes monthly credits and access to features. Plan contents are listed on the pricing page.
- The service requires an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection.
- Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is not included in the price; it is charged directly to your own ad account.
3. Price and payment
- The total amount, including taxes, is shown in the order summary.
- Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the payment provider Stripe. Your card details never reach Adropic.
- Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the same amount at the end of the chosen period (monthly or yearly).
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.
4. Performance
The service is activated on your account immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form.
At checkout you are asked to separately confirm that you want the service to start immediately, before the withdrawal period ends, and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. Without this confirmation the purchase cannot be completed.
6. Term, cancellation and termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep using the service until then.
- No refunds are given for the remaining period of a cancelled term or for credits already used.

7. Complaints and remedies
Send complaints to support@adropic.com. Within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and above those limits to the Consumer Court, at your place of residence or where the transaction took place.
8. Other
The version of this form and of the Distance Sales Agreement you accepted is sent to your e-mail address after payment and can always be viewed from Settings → Plans.
