Autopilot

The optimisation engine that watches live campaigns and produces scale, pause and refresh decisions.

Autopilot is a rule-based optimisation engine that continuously monitors campaigns already live and produces scale, pause or creative-refresh decisions based on performance. It operates at the campaign level and only runs on brands Adropic actively manages.

Decision types

DecisionTriggered when
ScaleAn ad set performing well has its budget increased
PauseAn underperforming or fatigued creative is stopped
RefreshA new variant is proposed to replace a declining creative

Autonomy level

Whether a decision applies directly depends on the brand's autonomy level:

LevelBehaviour
SuggestA decision is produced and queued for approval
Semi-autonomousFirst publish is approved, later optimisations apply automatically
AutonomousChanges within defined limits apply without approval

See Approval queue for details.

Autopilot vs. Autonomous Ad Bots

Autopilot optimises an existing campaign. For the broader layer that markets a single creative end-to-end from scratch, see Autonomous Ad Bots.
